肺癌细胞株Rb蛋白的表达

目的探讨Rb蛋白的表达状况与肺癌细胞分类的关系及肺癌细胞癌变的机制。方法采用Westernblotting方法，检测人类13种小细胞肺癌、9种非小细胞肺癌细胞株Rb蛋白的表达。结果和结论10种小细胞肺癌细胞株存在Rb蛋白的缺失或变异，而非小细胞肺癌细胞株则无此改变，对具有较宽Rb带纹的3种小细胞肺癌和9种非小细胞肺癌细胞株进行了Rb蛋白分型，发现2种小细胞肺癌和7种非小细胞肺癌细胞株以磷酸化型Rb蛋白为主。

Expression of Rb protein in lung cancer cell lines

Objective To study the relationship between the expression of Rb protein and the alteration of lung cancer cells. Methods The detection of the expression of Rb protein in 13 human small cell lung cancer and 9 non-small cell lung cancer cell lines had been done by Western blotting method. Results and conclusion in small cell lung cancer cell lines, 10 samples expressed deletion or mutant of Rb proten but in non-small cell lung cancer cell lines no samples expressed these abnormalities of Rb protein. The Rb protein type was analysed in 3 samples of small cell lung cancer cell lines and 9 samples of non-small cell lung cancer cell lines with wide Rb protein stained trips, and it was found that phospholysed Rb protein were main in 2 samples of small cell lung cancer cell lines and in 7 samples of non-small cell lung cancer cell lines.
