社区糖尿病患者中医干预的效果分析

目的：探讨对社区居民糖尿病患者实施中医干预治疗的管理模式,提高糖尿病治疗的临床疗效。方法：将符合1999年WHO/ADA标准的106例糖尿病患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组各53例,对照组给予常规西医治疗;治疗组在对照组的基础上加用中医药综合干预,包括耳穴贴压（取穴：胰、胃、肺、肾、内分泌、交感穴）和中药茶方（方药组成：黄芪15 g,生山楂10 g,枸杞子10 g,乌梅1枚,决明子10 g,野菊花10 g）。连续干预3个月后对比中医干预的社区应用效果。结果：治疗组与对照组的结果对比,治疗组的有效率为90.57%,高于对照组的75.47%,且差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：应用中医干预及治疗社区糖尿病病患者可以明显改善其症状。

Analysis on the Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Intervention for Community Diabetic Patients

Objective：To explore the administration mode of implementing TCM intervention treatment to community diabetic patients,and to improve clinical effects of treatment for diabetes.Methods：106 diabetic patients who met the WHO/ADA standard in 1999 were randomized into the treatment group and the control group with 53 cases in each group.The control group was given regular western medicine treatment;the treatment group was additionally given comprehensive Chinese medicine intervention,which included auricular point sticking and pressing treatment（ear acupoints：pancreas,stomach,lung,kidney,internal secretion and sympathia points） and Chinese medicinal tea（composition：astragalus 15 g,crude hawthorn 10 g,wolfberry fruit 10 g,1 dark plum fruit,cassia seed 10 g,wild chrysanthemum10 g）.The application effects of TCM intervention was contrasted after a continuous intervention of 3 months.Results：Comparison of the results in the observation group and the control group showed effective rate in the treatment group was 90.57%,which was higher than the control group of 75.47%,and had statistical significance（P0.05）.Conclusion：Community diabetic patients can obviously improve their symptoms by applying TCM intervention and treatment.
