| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨针刀手法艾灸序贯治疗膝骨性关节炎临床疗效。方法：采用针刀手法艾灸序贯方法治疗。结果：临床控制143膝（41.33%）,显效141膝（40.75%）,有效51膝（14.74%）,无效11膝（3.78%）。有效率为96.22%。1～2 a后随访89例,85例（114膝）患者无复发,4例（4膝）患者有不同程度的复发。结论：针刀手法艾灸序贯疗法治疗膝骨性关节炎安全有效,操做方便。

| Abstract: | Objective：To investigate the clinical therapeutic effect of sequential needle-knife therapy and moxibustion for treating knee osteoarthritis.Methods：Sequential treatment of needle-knife therapy with moxibustion was applied.Results：143 knees were cured（41.33%）;141 knees were markedly effective（40.75%）;51 knees were effective（14.74%）;11 knees were ineffective（3.78%）.The total effective rate was 96.22%.89 cases were followed up for 1-2 a,which showed 85 cases（114 knees） without recurrence,4 cases（4 knees） with varying degrees of recurrence.Conclusion：This therapy is safe,effective and easy to be performed. |
