退热汤治疗社区获得性肺炎临床研究

目的：探讨退热汤治疗社区获得性肺炎的临床疗效。方法：30例患者按随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组各15例,对照组用西药抗生素（阿奇霉素联合头孢呋辛静脉滴注）治疗;治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加用退热汤（方药组成：柴胡40 g,黄芩15 g,生甘草10 g,连翘50 g）治疗,24 h后观察疗效。结果：治疗组有效率86.7%,对照组有效率20.0%。结论：退热汤治疗社区获得性肺炎退热疗效确切。

Clinical Study on Community-Acquired Pneumonia Treated with Fever-Reducer Decoction

Objective：To observe the clinical effect Fever-reducer Decoction in treating community-acquired pneumonia.Methods：30 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group with 15 patients in each group.The control group was treated with western antibiotics（intravenous drop infusion of azithromycin combined with cefuroxime）;the treatment group was additionally given Fever-reducer Decoction based on the above treatment given to the control group（Bupleurum 40 g,Scutellaria 15 g,Raw Licorice 10 g,Forsythia 50 g）.The therapeutic effects were observed after 24 h of treatment.Results：The efficacy of the treatment group was 86.7% while that of the control group was 20%.Conclusion：Fever-reducer Decoction shows definite effectiveness in treating community-acquired pneumonia.
