| 摘 要： | 目的：测定南阳道地药材唐半夏中的有机氯农药残留。方法：采用DB-1701弹性石英毛细管柱分离,用63Ni-ECD电子捕获检测器进行检测,外标法计算含量。结果：所测定样品均含有不同程度的农药残留,但其含量并未超标。结论：毛细管气相色谱法（GC）测定唐半夏的有机氯农药残留,方法简便,分析速度快,分离技能高,灵敏度高,应用范围广,在有机氯农药分析领域中,GC法仍占绝对优势。

| Abstract: | Objective：To determine the organochlorine pesticide residue in Pinellia ternata of Nanyang genuine medicinals.Methods：DB-1701 elasticity quartz capillary column method was adopted to separate;63Ni-ECD was used to determine,and external standard method was applied to count content.Results：All the samples determined had pesticide residue to different degrees but the content did not exceed,normal standard.Conclusion：GC has the characteristics of handling easily and simply,analyzing with fast speed,separating with high efficiency,high sensitivity and extensive application range.In the field of analysis on organochlorine pesticide,GC still possesses absolute advantage. |
