带蒂腹直肌瓣填充治疗化脓性肋软骨炎的临床体会

目的探讨带蒂腹直肌肌瓣填充治疗化脓性肋软骨炎的治疗效果。方法选择12例第5—10肋化脓性肋软骨炎患者行坏死肋软骨切除及病灶彻底清除,以腹壁上动脉为营养血管,腹直肌起始部为蒂,游离患侧部分腹直肌呈肌瓣,带蒂腹直肌肌瓣填充化脓性肋软骨炎病灶清除术后的残腔,局部加压包扎。结果12例痊愈出院。结论坏死肋软骨切除及病灶清除并带蒂腹直肌肌瓣填充治疗可治愈化脓性肋软骨炎。

Pedicle rectus disc filling the cartilage treatment suppurative infection of clinical experience

Objective To explore the pedicle rectus muscle flap fill treatment suppurative infection of cartilage therapeutic effect. Methods 12 cases of 5-10 suppurative infection in patients with necrotic cartilage cartilage lesions, thoroughly remove resection with abdominal genicular artery nutrient vessels of the rectus, start- ing with the part, the rectus, pedicle rectus muscle flap cartilage lesions filling suppurative infection of postopera- tive residual cavity, remove partial compression bandage. Results 12 cases motality. Conclusions the necrotic lesion cartilage resection and remove and pediele rectus muscle flap fill treatment can cure purulent costal cartilages.
