| 摘 要： | 目的:分析和探讨锁骨钩钛板对肩锁关节脱位(TossyⅢ型)进行切开复位内固定手术的临床效果。方法:回顾性分析我科自2000年12月至2006年6月收治的28例肩锁关节脱位(TossyⅢ型)患者应用锁骨钩钛板切开复位内固定。结果:随访3个月～36个月,结果参照karlsson术后疗效评价,本组28例患者肩锁关节脱位完全愈合,肩关节功能优。结论:锁骨钩钛板是治疗肩锁关节脱位的理想方法。
