后入路减压并行椎弓根内固定治疗腰椎爆裂性骨折伴不全瘫的效果

目的分析后入路减压并行椎弓根内固定治疗腰椎爆裂性骨折伴不全瘫患者的效果。方法选取2012年6月～2013年6月本院收治的腰椎爆裂性骨折伴不全瘫患者37例，均采用后入路减压并行椎弓根内固定方式治疗，比较手术前后伤椎前缘高度损失率、Cobb角、椎管狭窄程度及神经功能情况。结果术后伤椎前缘高度损失率明显降低，Cobb角明显减小，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。手术前后椎管狭窄各程度与神经功能A级、C级、D级、E级比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论后人路减压并行椎弓根内固定方式治疗腰椎爆裂性骨折伴不全瘫患者，安全有效，值得临床推广。

Effect of posterior decompression and pedicle internal fixation in the treat- ment of lumbar spine burst fracture combined with incomplete paralysis

Objective To analyse the effect of posterior decompression and pedicle internal fixation in the treatment of lumbar spine burst fracture combined with incomplete paralysis.Methods 37 cases with lumbar spine burst fracture combined with incomplete paralysis in our hospital from June 2012 to June 2013 were selected and cured by posterior decompression and pedicle internal fixation.The loss rate of injured vertebra leading edge height,cobb angle,the degree of spinal canal stenosis and nerve function before and after the surgery were compared.Results After the surgery,the loss rate of injured vertebra leading edge height significantly reduced,cobb angle obviously decreased,with statistical differ- ence（P〈0.0g）.The degree of spinal canal stenosis,grade A,grade C,grade D and grade E of nerve function before and af- ter the surgery were compared,with statistical difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The effect of posterior decompression and pedicle internal fixation in the treatment of lumbar spine burst fracture combined with incomplete paralysis is safe and good.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
