影响剖宫产率的因素分析

目的探讨影响剖宫产率的相关因素。方法选择2010年1月～2013年1月于本院分娩的3000例产妇作为研究对象，其中剖宫产1892例，产妇分娩结束3d后采用问卷的方式对产妇的文化程度、家庭人均收入、剖宫产指征进行分析。结果剖宫产组大学及以上文化程度产妇的剖宫产率明显高于高中、初中、小学及以下产妇（P〈0．05）；高中、初中、小学及以下产妇的剖宫产率比较，差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；家庭人均收入水平越高，剖宫产率越高（P〈0．05）；胎儿窘迫（23．8％）、瘢痕子宫（16．4％）、头盆不称（15．0％）在剖宫产产妇中的比例较大。结论影响剖宫产率的因素较多，医护人员应严格掌握手术指征，孕期对孕妇进行适当的指导，以降低剖宫产的发生率。

Influencing factors analysis of cesarean section rate

Objective To explore the related influencing factors of cesarean section rate. Methods 3000 cases of puerperaes deliveried in our hospital from January 2010 to January 2013 were selected as the research object,and included 1892 cases of patients with cesarean section,the cultural degree,family income per capita,cesarean section indications in maternal were analyzed by the method of questionnaire after the end of the puerpera childbirth for 3 days. Results The cesarean section rate in college and above educational level in cesarean section group was higher than those of high school,junior middle school,elementary school and the following maternal （P〈0.05）;The differences of cesarean delivery rates among the high school,junior middle school,elementary school and the following maternal were not statistically sig- nificant（P〉0.05）.Family per capita income level was higher,the cesarean delivery rate was higher（P〈0.05）; fetal distress （23.8%）, scarred uterus（16.4%）,cephalopelvic disproportion（15.0%） allountcd for a larger proportion among the cesarean section parturients. Conclusion There are a lot of factors affect cesarean section rate,medical personnel should strictly master the surgical indications,give appropriate guidance to pregnant women during pregnancy,so as to reduce the inci- dence of cesarean section.
