| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨腹腔镜手术治疗脐尿管未闭畸形的可行性和安全性。方法:回顾分析1998年8月至2008年8月我院行腹腔镜手术治疗7例脐尿管未闭畸形患者的临床资料。结果:手术均获成功,无中转开放手术。平均手术时间45m in,术中、术后均无并发症发生,无复发和癌变病例。结论:腹腔镜手术治疗脐尿管未闭畸形具有安全、创伤小、视野清、疗效好等优点。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:Urachal remnants are generally treated with open operation.We evaluated the role of laparoscopy for this anomaly in a consecutive series of 7 patients treated during a 10-year period.Methods:A total of 7 patients with a median age of 4.5 years presented with urachal remnants between Aug.1998 to Aug.2008.In all of these patients,the laparoscope was placed at the left lower abdominal wall,with working ports placed at the left lower and upper abdomen.The working ports were 5mm Trocars.The urachal rem... |
