| 摘 要： | 本文根据WHO提供两次国际性专题会议后的19种围生儿死亡及发病主要原因为基础、结合我院1,661例围生儿死亡的病理资料进行研究,认为各种不同等级的医疗保健机构或人员规定根据出生体重、死亡时间和临床特征分级作出简易临床病理诊断是个办法。它可为世界各国的围生儿死亡和发病提供主要疾病性质的信息。

| Abstract: | Based on the materials abont 19 main causes and mortality of perinates trom two international symposia sponsored by the World Health Organization, fhe paper made a pathological study with a review of 1661 cases of perinatal mortality in our centers, authors believe that pathological diagnosis, made by ihe medical personals from all levels of hospitals and health centers, should tnclude the Weight of infants, the time of death and clinical symptoms In this way, the information about the nature of disases, the incidence and mortality fo perinates will be available for the world |
