| 摘 要： | 目的 总结我院45例肝损伤的诊断经验.方法 对45例肝损伤病历的诊断、治疗选择、术前处理、术式选择、腹腔引流及术后处理等问题进行对比分析.结果 本组共治愈44例,死亡1例.结论 对肝损伤的诊断、治疗选择、术前处理、术式选择及术后处理是有效的治疗方法.

| Abstract: | Objective To summary the dianostic and treatment experiment of 45 cases hepatic injury in our hospital.Method To analyze the dianosis,the treatment choice,the manipulation before and after the operation,the mode of the operation of 45 cases hepatic injury in our hospital.Result 44 cases has cured and 1 case has died of 45 cases hepatic injury in our hospital.Conclusion The dianosis,the treatment choice,the manipulation before and after the operation,the mode of the operation in its right perspectives are the effective method. |
