| 电视胸腔镜辅助治疗食管疾病的探讨 | |

| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨胸腔镜在治疗食管疾病中的应用。方法：对8例食管疾病患者进行了电视胸腔镜辅助下的外科治疗，其中食管早期癌切除及颈部吻合术4例；食管平滑肌瘤摘除术2例；中转开胸2例。结果：本组病人无手术死亡，术后并发颈部吻合口痔1例，经保守治疗治愈。食管癌患者平均住院日为12d，术后随访无复发和转移；食管平滑肌瘤患者平均住院日为7d。结论：在电视胸腔镜辅助下治疗早期食管癌和食管良性疾病，对患者的心肺功能影响小，患者恢复快，并发症少。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the feasibility of video-assisted thoracic surgery(VATS) for patients with esophageal diseases.Methods Form Jan.2000 to Jan.2002,eight patients with esophageal disease underwent VATS procedures,two of them were converted to open thoracotomy.Results There were no death in this group. Conclusion VATS is an alternative to open thoracotomy in early esophageal cancer and benign diseases,clear advantages over open thoracotomy were demonstrated. |
