针灸改善体质状态治疗阴虚内热型痤疮临床观察

目的观察针灸改善体质状态治疗阴虚内热型痤疮的临床疗效。方法筛选阴虚内热型痤疮患者84例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组42例。治疗组取温针灸足三里、涌泉加痤疮局部挑刺治疗,对照组针刺足三里、涌泉加痤疮局部挑刺治疗,每星期3次,治疗12星期后,对痤疮皮损和阴虚体质积分改善情况进行评价。结果治疗组总有效率高于对照组(P0.05);两组治疗后的体质积分均有明显下降,且治疗组积分下降更明显(P0.05);治疗组患者痤疮皮损改善情况比对照组更明显(P0.05)。结论结果表明针灸对患者阴虚体质状态和痤疮皮损的改善情况具有明显的优势,也证明辨体-辨证-辨病诊疗模式有着很好的临床应用价值。

Clinical Observations on Acupuncture Treatment in Improving Constitution for Acne of Yin Deficiency with Internal Heat Type

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of acupuncture in treating acne ofyin deficiency with internal heat type. Method Eight-four patients with ache of yin deficiency with internal heat type were enrolled and randomly allocated to treatment and control groups, 42 cases each. The treatment group received warm needling at Zusanli （ST36） and Yongquan （KI1） plus piercing-picking out at ache and the control group, acupuncture at Zusanli and Yongquan plus local treatment at acne. Treatment was given three times a week. Acne lesions and yin deficiency constitution were scored after 12 weeks of treatment. Result The total efficacy rate was higher in the treatment group than in the control group （P〈0.05）. After treatment, the constitution score decreased significantly in both groups and more in the treatment group than in the control group （P〈0.05）. Ache lesions improved more in the treatment group than in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The results show that acupuncture has an obvious advantage in improving yin deficiency constitution and ache lesions in the patients. It is also showed that the mode of body differentiation- syndrome differentiation-disease differentiation has a very good value of clinical application.
