| 摘 要： | 目的分析和探讨慢性乙型肝炎患者的生活质量及其与心理压力的相关性。方法应用世界卫生组织生存质量测定量表简表和中文版知觉心理压力量表对45例慢性乙型肝炎患者及55例正常人进行调查。结果慢性乙型肝炎患者的生活质量与正常对照组相比,差异无统计学意义(P0.05);乙型肝炎患者的心理压力与正常对照组相比,差异有统计学意义(P0.01);逐步多元回归分析显示慢性乙型肝炎患者的生活质量与其压力水平、文化程度等有关。结论慢性乙型肝炎患者的生活质量与心理压力水平密切相关。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the correlation of mental pressure and quality of life among patients with chronic type B hepatitis. Methods WHO Quality of Life（QOL）-BREF and the Chinese Perceived Stress Scale（CPSS） were used to survey 45 patients with chronic type B hepatitis and 55 healthy people. Results There were no significant differences in the scores of QOL between the patients with chronic type B hepatitis and the healthy people（P 0.05）. The patients with chronic type B hepatitis had higher mental pressure than the healthy people （P0.01）. Regression analysis showed that quality of life of the patients with type B hepatitis was related to the level of mental pressure,level of education and so on. Conclusion The quality of life is closely related to mental pressure for patients with chronic type B hepatitis. |
