| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨肝纤维化指标透明质酸(HA)、Ⅲ型前胶原肽(PⅢNP)、层粘蛋白(LN)和Ⅳ型胶原(CⅣ)对肝病的诊断价值。方法:用ELISA方法对247例肝病患者和34例健康对照者血清中HA、PⅢNP、LN和CⅣ进行检测,并将两组进行比较。结果:HA、LN和CⅣ含量在酒精性肝病、慢性乙肝、慢性丙肝和肝硬化患者与对照组比较均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:HA、LN和CⅣ联合测定可较好反映肝纤维化程度。 |

| Abstract: | Objective: To evaluate the diagnostic significance of serum indicators of hepatic fibrosis in patients with liver diseases.Methods: Serum contents of HA,PⅢNP,LN and CⅣ in 247patients with various types of liver diseases and 34 controls were determined with ELISA.Results: Serum contents of HA,LN and CⅣ in patients with liver diseases were all significantly higher than those in controls(P< 0.01).Conclusion: HA,LN and CⅣcan reflect the activity of hepatic fibrogenesis fairly well. |
