New Approach for Skin Repair after Cosmetic laser Therapy: Clinical Application of MEBT / MEBO

Based on the principle of thermal effect, cosmetic laser technology can achieve the minimally invasive treatment of skin pigment disorders and vascular disease, scar removing, skin rejuvenation by photothermolysis, selective photothermolysis or focal light thermal effect. However, it can cause the fnrmation of difl＇erent degrees of burns or thermal injuries on the wound, and postoperative abnormal pigmentatiou or scar may not be avoided. According to the clinical practice, the combination Ⅲ the laser technology with MEBT/MEBO ttsually allows minimaily invasive wound achieve relatively sca,＇less healing resuh by in situ regeneration and reparation, with shortened wound healing time, reduced number of minimally invasive treatment, reduced risk of scarring and abnormal pigmentation and reduced cost of treatment.
