中西医结合治疗慢性溃疡性结肠炎50例

目的 观察中西医结合疗法治疗慢性溃疡性结肠炎的效果。方法 80例患者分为治疗组50例，服用中药健脾安肠汤的同时口服西药；对照组30例只口服西药。服药4周后对比观察两组患者治疗前后症状体征、实验室检查的变化。结果 治疗组愈显率和总有效率均优于对照组。治疗组在改善症状体征方面及实验室检查与同组治疗前及对照组治疗后比较差异均有显著性。结论 中西医结合治疗慢性溃疡性结肠炎疗效显著。

Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in the Treatment of 50 Cases of Chronic Ulcerative Colitis

Objective: To observe the effects of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine for the treatment of chronic ulcerative colitis.Methods : 80 patients were divided into therapeutic group(50 patients) and control group(30 patients).The therapeutic group took TCM Jian Pi An decoction and took western medicine orally at the same time,while the control group took western medicine orally only.The changes of physical signs and laboratory examination results of the two groups before and after the treatment were observed after the medicine were taken for 4 weeks.Results: The curative rate and the total effective rate of the therapeutic group were superior to that of the control group.Compared with itself before the treatment and compared with the control group,the improvement of symptoms and physical signs of the therapeutic group had significant differences.Conclusion: Integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine has an obvious effect in the treatment of chronic ulcerative colitis.
