温经活血油膏治疗新生儿硬肿症48例临床分析

[目的]观察中西医结合治疗新生儿硬肿症的临床效果。[方法]将88例患儿随机分为治疗组（48例）和对照组（40例），两组均采用西医常规治疗：复温、热量和液体供应、抗感染、控制原发病；治疗组再加用温经活血油膏外敷和丹参针静滴治疗，观察对比两组的疗效。[结果]治疗组硬肿消退时间平均（3．95±0．25）d，对照组为（5．25±0．38）d，两组比较有显著性差异（P〉0．05）。[结论]中西医结合治疗硬肿症比单纯西医治疗疗效更佳。

Clinical Analysis on 48 Cases of New-born Baby Scleroderma Treated with Ointment Warming Channel and Activating Blood Circulation
