早期积极降压治疗高血压脑出血的疗效及近期预后观察

目的研究早期积极降压治疗对于高血压脑出血患者的临床疗效及近期预后。方法将2009年至2011年期间本院神经内科接诊的83例高血压脑出血住院患者随机分为2组,治疗组在常规治疗基础上接受早期积极降压治疗,对照组仅接受常规治疗,观察2组疗效及近期预后情况,并进行对照研究。结果治疗组血肿扩大以及残疾比例低于对照组,神经功能恢复优于对照组,2组患者均好转出院,继续康复治疗,无住院期间死亡患者。结论早期积极降压治疗对于高血压脑出血患者的疗效确切,且可以改善患者的近期预后,可以常规应用于高血压脑出血患者的治疗。

The efficacy and recent prognosis of early active antihypertensive treatment for patients hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage

Objective To study the clinical efficacy and recent prognosis of early active antihypertensive treatment for patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage.Methods During 2009 and 2011,83 hospitalized patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage in the department of Neurology were randomly divided into two groups.Patients in the conventional treatment group received treatment based on early active antihypertensive therapy.The observation group received only conventional treatment.The two groups were compared.The efficacy and recent prognosis were observed.Results Hematoma enlargement and disability in the treatment group were lower than the control group.Recovery of neurological function in the treatment group was better than the control group.All patients in two groups improved and continued rehabilitation after leaving the hospital.No patient died during hospitalization.Conclusion Early active antihypertensive treatment for patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage is effective and can improve the prognosis.Thus it can be routinely used.
