神经功能康复仪治疗脑梗死偏瘫疗效观察与护理

目的观察神经功能康复仪治疗脑梗死偏瘫患者的疗效。方法将160患者随机分为观察组和对照组。观察组在进行常规治疗的同时进行神经功能康复仪治疗,对照组只进行常规治疗。结果观察组与对照组患者Fugle-Meyer运动功能评分（FMA评分）及日常生活活动能力评分（ADL评分,Barthel指数评分）治疗前差异无显著性（P〉0.05）,治疗后差异具有极显著性（P〈0.01）。结论脑梗死患者在进行常规治疗的同时进行神经功能康复治疗仪治疗,能够改善瘫痪肢体的活动能力,提高日常生活能力,从而缩短康复时间,提高生存质量,尽早回归家庭与社会。

Therapeutic observation and nursing of neural functional rehabilitation apparatus for hemiplegia caused by cerebral infarction

Objective To observe the efficacy of neural functional rehabilitation apparatus in treating hemiplegia caused by cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 160 patients were randomly divided into two groups.The observation group received both routine treatment and the treatment with neural functional rehabilitation apparatus.The control group only received routine treatment.Results Before the treatment,there was no significant difference of Fugle-Meyer motor function score（FMA score） and activity of daily living score（ADL score,Barthel index score） in patients between the observation group and control group（P0.05）.However,after the treatment,the difference was statistically significant（P0.01）.Conclusion Patients with cerebral infarction who received the treatment of neural functional rehabilitation apparatus as well as routine treatment can improve the ability of paralyzed limbs and their daily lives,reduce the recovery time, improve the quality of life,and return to family and society earlier.
