脑干听觉诱发电位对手足口病并发脑干脑炎的诊断价值

目的探讨脑干听觉诱发电位（BAEP）在手足口病并发脑干脑炎时的诊断价值。方法将2011年6月~2011年10月住院的13例手足口病并发脑干脑炎病例作为观察组,临床诊断后行BAEP、颅脑CT检查,同时将同期排除脑部疾患及听觉损伤的其他13例住院患儿作为对照组行BAEP检查。观察BAEP在手足口病并发脑干脑炎时的诊断价值。结果脑干脑炎组BAEP阳性5例（38.5%）,CT无阳性发现,对照组BAEP无阳性发现,2组比较差异有统计学意义。观察组外周血WBC升高6例,1例死于中枢性呼吸。结论 BAEP是诊断手足口病并发脑干脑炎时一种有效的临床检查手段。

Diagnostic value of brainstem auditory evoked potential in brainstem encephalitis associated with hand foot and mouth disease

Objective To investigate the clinical value of brainstem auditory evoked potential（BAEP） in the diagnosis of brainstem encephalitis associated with hand foot and mouth disease（HFMD）.Methods Thirteen children diagnosed as brainstem encephalitis associated with HFMD in June to October 2011 were selected as observation group.After clinical diagnosis,BAEP and CT examination were conducted.The diagnostic value of BAEP was observed.Results BAEP in the brainstem encephalitis group was positive in 5 patients（38.5%）.CT examination identified no positive case.BAEP in the control group revealed no positive case.The differences between the two groups had statistical significance.Six patients in the observation group had WBC of peripheral blood increased,one of whom died of central respiratory failure.Conclusion BAEP is of great clinical value in early diagnosis of brainstem encephalitis associated with HFMD.
