| 摘 要： | 总结了眼眶重建术治疗19例复合性眼眶骨折患者的护理：术前做好心理护理及病情观察；术后重点做好病情观察，注意有无出血、感染、眶尖综合征、眶下神经损伤等并发症，正确指导患者康复训练，预防感染。19例患者均获得较满意的视功能恢复及外观改善。 |

| Abstract: | The nursing experience in 19 cases of orbital reconstructions for complicated orbital fractures was summarized.Before the operation,the psychological nursing and disease condition monitoring was emphasized.After the operation,intensive observation was suggested against hemorrhage,infection,orbital syndrome,injury of hervus infraorbitalis,etc.The training of rehabilitation and measures of infection prevention were provided for the patients.The 19 patients all obtained satisfactory recovery of visual function... |
