| 摘 要： | 为探讨Ⅱ型糖尿病心脏病变的性质，应用多普勒超声心动图技术对比观测了８８ 例ＮＩＤＤＭ 患者、５０ 例正常对照者的左心室功能。结果表明：ＮＩＤＤＭ 患者无论有无并发症均有左室舒张功能减退，有并发症者舒张功能减退进一步加重，部分患者晚期有收缩功能损害。提示，ＮＩＤＤＭ 心脏病变是独立于高血压、冠心病等其它心血管病，与糖尿病代谢紊乱及微血管病变有关的特异的心肌疾病 |

A Study of Left Ventricular Function and Factors Affecting Ventri cular Diastolic Function in Patients with Non-insulin Dependent Diabetes Mellitus |

| Abstract: | Left ventricular functions were evaluated by doppler echocardiography in 88 patients with non insulin dependent diabetes mellitus(NIDDM)and 50 normal controls.The results showed that reduced ventricular diastolic functions were found in all the patients with NIDDM.More severe impairment for diastolic filling functions were observed in those with cardiovascular complications compared with those without.( P <0.05).The systolic functions of left ventricular were slightly depressed in some patients with NIDDM.The present study suggested that diabetic heart disease might be a specific cardiomyopathy,which differs from hypetensive heart disease,coronary heart disease and other kinds of cardiovascular disease. |
