| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨胃溃疡愈合与Caspase3及凋亡的关系.方法:采用原位末端标记(TUNEL)法和免疫组化SABC法,检测溃疡愈合前后胃黏膜组织中细胞凋亡和Caspase3的表达.结果:溃疡愈合后胃黏膜组织中Caspase3的表达减弱,与愈合前相比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01);与此同时,溃疡愈合后胃黏膜上皮细胞凋亡指数明显下降,与愈合前相比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01).结论:Caspase3过表达促进胃黏膜上皮细胞凋亡,导致胃溃疡发生,并影响其愈合. |

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the relationship of gastric epithelial apoptosis and healing of gastric ulcers. Methods:Expression of Caspase3 was examined by SABC immunohistochemical stain in gastric mucosa in 30 patients with gastric ulcer before and after treatment. TUNEL was carried out to detect the apoptosis of gastric mucosa. Result:The expression of Caspase3 in gastric mucosa before treatment was significantly higher than that after treatment (P<0.01). At the same time, the gastric epithelial cell apoptosis index decreased after ulcer healing, and there was significant difference between before and after ulcer healing.Conclusion:The over expression of Caspase3 accelerates gastric epithelial cell apoptosis and result in information and recurrence of gastric ulcers. |
