胫骨平台骨折的手术治疗

目的：总结胫骨平台骨折的手术治疗经验。方法：对38例病人的45例胫骨平台骨折采用Schatzker分类法进行分类,并分别使用解剖钢板、螺丝钉、空心钉等行切开复位内固定治疗,并对膝关节功能进行评定。结果：术后膝关节功能评定结果：膝关节功能完全或基本恢复正常者为优（16例）,术后膝关节活动轻度受限、有轻度疼痛或不适,但不影响正常生活者为良（24例）,术后膝关节活动受限及疼痛者为一般（4例）,骨折畸形愈合、膝关节负重时疼痛明显者为差（1例）,总优良率为89%。结论：手术是治疗胫骨平台骨折的有效方法,关节面解剖复位,稳定的固定,适当的植骨,对提高疗效有明显影响。

Treatment of the Tibial Plateau Fractures
