| 摘 要： | 本例患者阿洛西林钠原药液皮试阴性，用药后发生过敏性休克而死亡，尸检报告显示，患者血清中免疫球蛋白值远高于参考值。本文从阿洛西林钠的不良反应、青霉素类抗生素皮试假阴性原因、过敏性休克救治的药物选择等方面进行分析讨论，以期为临床合理用药提供参考。 |

| Abstract: | A patient with negative azlocillin sodium skin test suffered from anaphylactic shock and died. The autopsy report indicated that the immune globulin level was much higher than reference in the patient's serum. This paper made analysis and discussion on the adverse reactions of azlocillin sodium, the reasons of benzylpenicillin sodium false-negativeness and the drug selection for therapy of anaphylactic shock, in order to provide some references for rational drug use in the clinic. |
