PDCA循环护理管理模式在颈椎手术患者护理中的应用

目的探讨PDCA循环护理管理模式对颈椎手术患者轴性症状、生活质量及满意度的影响。方法选取100例颈椎手术患者根据随机数字表法分为实验组和对照组,各50例。对照组采用常规护理,实验组采用PDCA循环护理管理模式,对比2组颈椎手术患者出院时和出院1年的轴性症状、生活质量及满意度。结果出院时,实验组轴性症状发生率显著低于对照组(P0.01);出院1年,实验组患者轴性症状情况显著优于对照组(P0.01);实验组患者生存质量评分显著高于对照组(P0.01);实验组患者满意度显著高于对照组(P0.01)。结论 PDCA循环护理管理模式护理能显著减少颈椎手术患者轴性症状,提高患者生活质量和满意度,值得在临床广泛推行。

The effect of PDCA circulation nursing management mode in nursing of patients undergoing cervical vertebrae operation

Objective To observe and study the effect of PDCA circulation nursing management mode on the axial symptoms, quality of life and satisfaction of patients undergoing cervical operation.Methods A total of 100 patients with cervical vertebrae surgery in our hospital were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional nursing, and the experimental group used PDCA cycle nursing management mode of nursing, axial symptoms, the quality of life and satisfaction at discharge and in one-year after were compared.Results The experimental group had lower axial symptoms rate than the control group at discharge(P<0.01), and it was higher in one year after discharge than the control group(P<0.01).The quality of life score and satisfaction of the experimental group were significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion PDCA cycle nursing management model can significantly reduce the symptoms of patients with cervical spinal surgery, improve the quality of life and satisfaction of patients, so it is worthy of clinical practice.
