| 摘 要： | 目的探讨临床护理路径实施心理干预对于脊髓损伤患者神经源性膀胱训练的影响效果。方法选取脊髓损伤患者107例,采用临床护理路径制定相应心理护理措施进行干预。结果应用临床护理路径实施心理干预后,107例脊髓损伤患者怀疑、抑郁、精神衰弱等病症均减少,在治疗过程中能以积极、乐观的情绪配合治疗,恢复良好。结论科学合理的心理干预措施,可减轻患者的心理应激,使其积极配合各种治疗,进而提高生活质量。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore effect of psychological intervention based on clinical nursing pathway on neurogenic bladder training in patients with spinal cord injury.Methods A total of 107 patients with spinal cord injury were selected,and were given psychological nursing measures based on clinical nursing pathway.Results After psychological intervention,the symptoms of suspicion,depression,and psychasthenia were all relieved,and patients can cope with positive and optimistic emotions through the whole treatment,and had a better recovery.Conclusion Scientific and reasonable psychological interventions can reduce the psychological stress of the patients,and improve the quality of life for patients with spinal cord injury. |
