2008-2013年河北省张家口地区手足口病流行病学调查

目的 分析2008-2013年张家口地区手足口病流行病学调查结果.方法 收集张家口地区2008-2013年手足口病流行病学资料,对其男女比例、发病趋势、发病时间、发病年龄、地区分布、职业分布进行统计分析.结果 张家口地区2008-2013年共出现手足口病病例22 268例,其中男12 944例,女9 324例,男女比例为1.39∶1;各年中每10万人中发病数依次为56.74、122、160.35、29.48、108.8、37.91例次,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);高发年龄段集中在0~<3岁、3~5岁2个年龄段;发病时间集中在6月、7月;临近北京的赤城县发病率最高,散居儿童发病率显著高于其他职业(P<0.05).结论 张家口地区2008-2013年手足口病发病率呈现出先上升-后下降-再上升趋势,每年的6月和7月、0~<3岁及3~5岁、男性、临近北京周边的散居儿童成为该病症的主要发病人群,应予以重点关注.

Epidemiological investigation of hand foot mouth disease in Zhangjiakou from 2008 to 2013

Objective To analyze the epidemiological investigation results of hand foot mouth disease in Zhangjiakou from 2008 to 2013.Methods The epidemiological data of hand foot mouth disease (HFMD) from 2008 to 2013 in Zhangjiakou were statistically collected and analyzed, and the ratio of male to female, disease trend, onset time and onset age, regional distribution, and occupation were analyzed.Results There were 20595 cases with HFMD in Zhangjiakou from 2008 to 2013 with 11941 male and 8654 female and ratio of male to female was 1.38: 1;The annual infected cases in every one hundred thousand people was 56.5, 114.8, 157.8, 27.5, 102.2, respectively.And the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);The high incidence age was 0~<3 years, and 3~5 years;The onset time concentrated in June and July;The morbidity rate of Chicheng county near Beijing was highest, and scatter lived children was higher than the other occupations (P<0.05).Conclusion The incidence rate of HFMD from 2008 to 2013 in Zhangjiakou area showed a increase-decrease-increase trend, concentrate in male at age of 0~<3 years and 3~5 years in annual June and July.The scatter lived children in surrounding areas become the main infected group, and they should be focused on.
