围术期综合护理措施在宫外孕患者腹腔镜手术中的应用

目的研究围术期护理干预对宫外孕腹腔镜手术患者的护理效果,为宫外孕腹腔镜患者提供合理的护理方案。方法选取本院接诊的100例行腹腔镜手术的宫外孕患者进行研究。研究组60例,给予围术期综合护理方案,对照组40例给予常规护理。比较2组患者的手术时间、术后下床活动时间、胃肠功能恢复正常时间及住院时间,并对护理前后患者的SAS、SDS评分进行比较,记录2组患者并发症发生率。术后2年,随访调查2组患者妊娠状况。结果研究组患者的手术时间、术后下床活动时间、胃肠功能恢复正常时间及住院时间均短于对照组(P0.05);护理后,2组患者的SAS、SDS评分均降低,且研究组低于对照组(P0.05);研究组患者的宫内妊娠率高于对照组,宫外孕发生率低于对照组;研究组术后并发症发生率低于对照组。结论围术期护理干预可显著改善宫外孕腹腔镜手术患者的护理效果及妊娠状况,降低并发症发生率,值得推广应用。

Application of perioperative comprehensive nursing measures in laparoscopic surgery for ectopic pregnancy

Objective To study the effect of perioperative nursing intervention for patients with ectopic pregnancy undergoing laparoscopic surgery, and to provide reasonable nursing care for patients with ectopic pregnancy.Methods A total of 100 patients underwent laparoscopic surgery in our hospital were studied.The study group with 60 patients was given perioperative comprehensive nursing intervention, and control group with 40 cases was given conventional nursing.The operation time, ambulation time, gastrointestinal function recovery time and hospitalization time, and the SAS and SDS scores and complication rate were compared before and after nursing.After 2 year of operation, the pregnancy status of the patients in the two groups were compared.Results The operation time, postoperative ambulation time, gastrointestinal function recovery time and hospitalization time of the study group were significantly shorter than the control group (P<0.05);After nursing, the SAS and SDS scores of the two groups were significantly lower (P<0.05), and the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05);The intrauterine pregnancy rate of the study group was significantly higher than the control group, the incidence of ectopic pregnancy was significantly lower than the control group, there were significant differences between two groups (P<0.05);The incidence of postoperative complications of the study group was significantly lower than of the control group.Conclusion Perioperative nursing intervention can significantly improve the effect of laparoscopic surgery in patients with ectopic pregnancy and pregnancy, reduce the incidence of complications.
