摘    要:
目的:检测人表皮生长因子受体(HER)及其基因(erbB)家族在非癌肺组织和肺癌组织中的表达,探讨HER过度表达与肺癌临床病理的关系。方法:采用免疫组化的方法分别检测20例非癌肺组织及有随访资料的70例肺癌(43例鳞癌和27例腺癌)组织中HER的表达。结果:HER在非癌肺组织存在阳性表达(+),肺癌中存在HER1,HER2,HER4的过度表达,该过度表达与肺癌病理类型,分化程度不相关,而与肺癌淋巴结转移,TNM分期,患者术后生存率相关,结论:erbB1,erbB2,erbB4是晚期肺癌生长的调控基因,干预期过度表达可能是治疗晚期肺癌的有效方法。

Abstract:
Objective To study the expression of human epidermal growth factor receptor (HER) family in lung cancer. Methods Paraffin-embedded tissues from 70 cases of lung cancer (43 cases of squamous cell cancer and 27 cases of adenocarcinoma) and 20 cases of non-cancerous lung diseases were stained for the expression of HERs by means of immunohistochemistry.Results All HERs were weakly expressed in non-cancerous lung tissues; over-expression of HER_1,HER_2,HER_4,HER_ 1+2 ,HER_ 1+4 and HER_ 2+4 and HER_ 1+2+4 was found in lung cancer and correlated with lymph node metastasis,TNM staging and post-operation survival.Conclusions erbB_1,erbB_2 and erbB_4 are the genes regulating the growth of lung cancer at advanced stages.Targeting the HER_1,HER_2 and HER_4 over-expression might be a new approach to the treatment of lung cancer at advanced stages.
