| 摘 要： | 妊高征可能与缺钙有关，尿羟脯氨酸能间接反映机体钙代谢情况。本文测定２０例高征患者及６０例正常足月妊娠妇女尿液中羟脯氨酸含量，并设置正常非孕对照组。发现妊高征患者尿羟脯氨酸含量明显高于正常足月妊娠组；正常足月妊娠组尿羟脯氨酸含量明显高于正常非孕组。两组测试结果经统计学处理均有显著性差异（Ｐ〈０．０１），间接反映了妊高征患者及正常孕妇缺钙的程度。

| Abstract: | Pregnancy-induced hypertension (PIH) may be associated with lack of calcium. Urinary hydroxyproline (HYP) reflects indirectly the metabolism of calcium in body. Urinary hydroxyproline was measured in 20 cases of PIH and 60 cases of normal pregnant women, at the same time, 20 cases of normal non-pregnant women were taken as control. The results showed that urinary HYP in PIH group is significantly higher than that in normal pregnant group(P<0.01) and urinary HYP in normal pregnant group is significantly higher than that in normal non-pregnant group (P<0.01). The results indicated extent of calcium deficiency in PIH and in normal pregnant women. |
