摘    要:
目的采用HPLC法测定N393的含量。方法选用迪马-C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)色谱柱,以乙腈-0.01mol.L-1磷酸二氢钾(KH2PO4)溶液(65∶35)为流动相,检测波长:220nm。结果N393在6~280μg·mL-1(r=0.9997)范围内线性关系良好,方法平均回收率为99.72%,RSD为0.67%(n=9)。结论本法可用于测定N393的含量。

Abstract:
Aim To establish an HPLC method for determination of the content of N393.Methods The assay was conducted on a DIMA-C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)column with the methyl cyanide-0.01mol·L-1 potassium dihydrogen phosphate(KH2PO4)solution(65∶35)as the mobile phase.The detection wavelength was 220nm.Results The calibration curve was linear over the range 6~280μg·ml-1(r=0.999 7)for N393.The average recovery was 99.72% with RSD=0.67%(n=9).Conclusion The HPLC method can be used for determination of N393.
