高血压患者的中心动脉压、肱动脉压与脉压

目的比较高血压患者中心动脉压、肱动脉压、脉压,了解脉压随年龄变化趋势。方法随机选取728名高血压患者,其中男性410例,女性318例,年龄24～88岁,测量患者的中心动脉压、肱动脉压,根据年龄进行分组,分析脉压与年龄之间变化趋势。结果患者中心动脉收缩压、脉压低于肱动脉收缩压、脉压,差异有显著统计学意义(P均0.01);中心动脉舒张压高于肱动脉舒张压,两者之间差异也有显著统计学意义(P0.01)。男性肱动脉及中心动脉脉压随着年龄增长呈先下降后上升的趋势,女性两者均呈逐渐上升趋势。结论中心动脉压和肱动脉压有显著差异性,中心动脉与肱动脉脉压随年龄变化的趋势一致。

Central arterial pressure,brachial arterial pressure and pulse pressure in hypertensive patients

Objective To compare the central arterial pressure,brachial arterial pressure and pulse pressure in hypertensive patients,and get to know the change trends of pulse pressure along with ageing.Methods The hypertensive patients （n=728,including male 410 and female 318,and aged from 24 year-old to 88 year-old） were selected randomly.The central arterial pressure and brachial arterial pressure were examined respectively.The patients were divided into groups according to their ages,and the change trends of pulse pressure and ages were analysed.Results The central arterial systolic pressure and pulse pressure in the patients were lower than brachial arterial systolic pressure and pulse pressure,and the difference was significant statistically （all P0.01）.The central arterial diastolic pressure was higher than brachial arterial diastolic pressure,and the difference was significant statistically （P0.01） too.The pulse pressures of brachial arterial pressure and central arterial pressure in male patients showed a trend of descending at the first and ascending at the last along with the age increasing,and which in female patients showed a gradual ascending trend.Conclusion There is a significant difference between central arterial pressure and peripheral brachial arterial pressure.The pulse pressures of brachial arterial pressure and central arterial pressure have the same change trends along with ageing..
