| 摘 要： | [目的]了解养路工的主观疲劳状况，并探讨其与心电图异常的关系。[方法]以150名养路工人为养路工组，107名该系统其他人员为对照组，采用“疲劳自评问卷表”对主观疲劳状况进行问卷调查，并同时进行心电图的检测。[结果]养路工组的人均主观疲劳总得分（19．95±12．20）高于对照组（13．54±8．58），差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；躯体因子在各疲劳因子中得分最高，与对照组比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；40—50岁年龄段主观疲劳检出率为29.3％，女性及男性主观疲劳症状检出率分别为39．2％和14．1％，差别有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；不同工龄、文化程度的主观疲劳检出率差异无统计学意义。经多因素分析显示，疲劳可能是心电图异常的危险因素（OR=2．368，95％CI：1．054～5．319，P=0．039）。[结论]养路工的主观疲劳状况比普通人群严重，主观疲劳可能是心电图异常的危险因素。 |
