c-myc和p27在食管鳞状上皮癌变过程中的表达及其意义

目的　探讨 c- m yc和 p2 7在食管鳞状上皮癌变过程中的表达及意义。方法　应用免疫组化染色检测 c- myc、p2 7蛋白在正常食管粘膜、非典型增生及浸润癌中的表达。结果　在食管鳞状上皮癌变过程中 c- myc表达呈增高趋势 ,p2 7表达呈下降趋势 ;c- m yc表达与癌的组织学分级、浸润深度及淋巴结转移密切相关 (P<0 .0 5 ) ;p2 7与癌的淋巴结转移有显著相关性 (P<0 .0 1)。结论　 c- myc和p2 7在食管粘膜上皮癌变过程中起重要作用 ,可作为食管鳞癌早期诊断和判断预后的分子指标。

Expressions and significance of c-myc and p27 in the canceration course of esophageal squamous cell

Objective To investigate the expressions and significance of c-myc and p27 protein in the canceration course of esophageal squamous cell. Methods Immunohistochemical staining was used to detect the expressions of c-myc and p27 in the normal mucosae epithelium of esophagus,atypical hyperplasia and inflitrating carcinoma.Results The expression of c-myc showed an increasing tendency and the expression of p27 showed a decreasing tendency in the canceration course of esophageal squamous cell.The expression of c-myc was correlated closely with the histological stage,the depth of infiltration, and the lymphatic metastasis(P<0.05).The expression of p27 was correlated obviously with the lymphatic metastasis(P<0.01). Conclusion Both c-myc and p27 play an important role in the canceration course of esophageal squamous cell , and can be used as a molecular criteria in early diagnosis and judgement of prognosis of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma.
