大鼠丘脑束旁核的传出纤维联系

摘    要:通过破坏大鼠匠脑束旁核(pf)用Nauta法显示轴索和终末溃变,观察pf的传出纤维联系,结果发现:在纹状体、丘脑腹前核。丘脑腹外侧核,丘脑板内核的嘴侧部。丘脑网状核有较多的溃变纤维和溃变终末;在下丘脑前核,下丘脑外侧核可观察到少量溃变纤维和溃变终末。

Abstract:The efferent connections of the parafascicular nucleus of the thalamus in the rat were studied by tracing the degenerated axons and terminal fibers from electrolytic lesions in the nucleus on sections prepared with Nauta method. It was found that the efferent fibers from the parafascicular nucleus were projected to striatum , ventral anterior nucleus and ventral lateral nucleus of the thalamus, rostral inlralaminar nuclei, reticular nucleus of the thalamus, anterior nucleus and lateral nucleus of the hypothalamus.
