泄浊化瘀行气利水汤治疗痛风性肾病临床观察

目的　探讨泄浊化瘀行气利水汤治疗痛风性肾病的临床疗效。方法　将痛风性肾病患者 62例随机分为 2组 ,中西医组 32例予泄浊化瘀行气利水汤及一般内科治疗 ,西医组30例只予一般内科治疗。观察两组治疗前后血尿酸、肾功能、尿蛋白、尿 β2 -微球蛋白、血脂及血液流变学指标的变化。结果　中西医组总有效率为 90 .6 % ,明显高于西医组 (63 .3 % ) ,两组比较P <0 .0 1 ;且中西医组在改善临床症状、肾功能、血脂及血液流变学指标 ,降低血尿酸、尿蛋白及尿 β2 -微球蛋白方面均优于西医组。结论　在一般内科治疗基础上 ,用泄浊化瘀行气利水汤治疗痛风性肾病疗效较好

Clinical observation of Xiezhuo Huayu Xingqi Lixshui decoction on gouty nephropathy

Objective It is to investigate the clinical effect of Xiezhuo Huayu Xingqi Lishui decoction (XHXLD) on gouty nephropathy. Methods 62 patients with gouty nephropathy were randomized into two groups. 32 patients in Chinese and western medicine (CWM) group were treated with XHXLD and general internal medicine therapy while 30 patients in western medicine (WM) group were treated with general internal medicine therapy only. Blood uric acid (BUA), renal function, urinary protein, U β 2 MG, serum lipid and parameters of blood rheology of patients in two groups were measured before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate of CWM group (90.6%) was significantly higher than that of WM group (63.3%) ( P <0.01). Improvements of symptoms, renal function, indexes of serum lipid and blood rheology as well as decreasing of BUA, urinary protein, U β 2 MG in CWM group was prior to those in WM group. Conclusion Based on general internal medicine therapy, XHXLD has better effects on gouty nephropathy.
