| 摘 要： | 目的探讨血管性抑郁患者与非血管性抑郁患者认知功能障碍的差异。方法采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)和简易智能精神状态检查量表(MMSE),对36例血管性抑郁患者和32例非血管性抑郁患者的临床特征进行比较研究。结果血管性抑郁症患者的MMSE总分(χ2=20.56,24.16)及即刻记忆(χ2=2.33,2.97)、短程记忆(χ2=2.18,2.97)、计算力(χ2=3.34,4.42)、语言理解(χ2=2.55,2.99)和表达因子分(χ2=0.77,0.96)分值均显著低于非血管性抑郁症患者组,(P均0.05)。结论血管性抑郁症具有独特的发病特征,其认知功能损害比非血管性抑郁症较严重。 |
