桃红四物汤加味外洗防治紫杉醇脂质体神经毒性的临床研究

目的观察桃红四物汤加味方外洗，对紫杉醇脂质体化疗所致神经毒性的防治作用。方法将120例病理确诊恶性肿瘤患者随机分为治疗组（化疗＋中药外洗）60例，对照组（单纯化疗）60例。观察化疗后，两组神经毒性发生、分级、发生及持续时间。结果治疗组末梢神经毒性的发生率、分级、发生时间、持续时间均低于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论桃红四物汤加味方外洗可有效防治紫杉醇脂质体化疗所致的神经毒性，提高患者化疗依从性及提高生活质量。

Clinical research on Taohongsiwu decoction external washing on prevention and treatment for the neurotoxicity of paclitaxel liposome

Objective To discuss the preventive and therapeutic effect of Taohongsiwu decoction external washing in the neurotoxicity caused by Paclitaxel liposome. Methods A total of 120 patients were randomly divided into treatment and control groups, with 60 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated by chemotherapy eombined with traditional Chinese medicine external washing; while the control group was only given chemotherapy only. The incidence rate, grading and time of duration in two groups were observed and analyzed. Results After chemotherapy, the incidence rate, grading, occurrence time and time of duration in the treatment group were all lower than those of the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Taohongsiwu decoction traditional Chinese medicine external washing could effectively prevent the neurotoxicity caused by Paclitaxel liposome, and improve the patients＇ compliance of chemotherapy and their quality of life.
