| 摘 要： | 对１７２６名老年前期和老年人的缺牙和修复情况进行了调查。发现牙列缺损、缺失共１２１３名，占受检人数７０．２８％，其中已修复人数为６０８名，修复率为５０．１２％。还发现牙列缺损及缺失随着年龄增长而增加（Ｐ＜０．０１），同时本组牙列缺损和缺失修复率较其他报告高。尽早修复失牙，以恢复咀嚼功能，延缓口腔衰老过程。

| Abstract: | An investigation on tooth missing and restoration conducted in 1726 old pre-geronit people in Wuhan .The results revealed that 1213 people suffered from dental deficiency(70. 28).608 subjects had dental prostheses,with the resoration rate being 50.12%.It was found that the number of missing teeth increased with the age of the patients(P< 0. 01 ).The number of patients who received the prostheses was higher than previously reported ones. The author believe that the early restoration of tooth missing, aiming at restoring the masticatory functions and delaying aging process of oral cavity. |
