| 摘 要： | 矮紫堇为我国青藏高原地区民间常用藏药,主要含有生物碱、黄酮、三萜等化学成分,药理活性多样,具有解热、抗炎止痛、保护心脏、抗血小板聚集、抗乙酰胆碱酯酶、抗氧化等药理作用。作者综述了矮紫堇的化学成分及药理活性,以期为矮紫堇的进一步研究开发提供参考。

| Abstract: | Corydalis hendersonii Hemsl.,one of the common folk medicine in Qinghai-Tibetan Plateau,has richchemical components and a variety of pharmacological activities. Phytochemical research shows that it mainlycontains alkaloids,flavonoids,triterpenes and other components. From the aspect of pharmacological activities,Corydalis hendersonii Hemsl. has antipyretic, analgesic and anti-inflammatory, cardio protective, inhibition ofplatelet aggregation, acetylcholinesterase inhibitory, antioxidant activity, and other pharmacological activities.Based on the domestic and foreign literatures,we reviewed the chemical components and pharmacological activitiesof Corydalis hendersonii Hemsl.,which is useful for further research and wider development of the plant. |
