木芙蓉叶中微量元素研究

摘    要:目的:对不同产地的木芙蓉叶中微量元素含量进行考察。方法:用原子吸收分光光度计和原子荧光光度计测定木芙蓉叶中Pb、Cd、Cr、Cu、Hg、Se、As的含量。结果:不同产地对木芙蓉叶中微量元素有显著性影响,高坡甲定村的木芙蓉叶中有害微量元素含量最低,有益微量元素含量最高。结论:方法快速、稳定、准确。

Abstract:Objective: To study the content of trace elements of Mufurongye in different growing places.Method:To detemined seven trace elements(Pb、Cd、Cr、Cu、Hg、Se、As) of Mufurongye with atomic absorption spectrophotometry and atomic fluorescence spectrophotometry.Results: The different growing places have obvious effect on the above saccharides.The results show that gaopo County jiading village of Hibiscus mutabilis hazardous trace elements content was the lowest and highest beneficial trace elements content.Conclusion: This method is simple,fasr and accurate.
