彩色多普勒超声在Klinefelter综合征中的应用价值

目的 探讨彩色多普勒超声在Klinefelter综合征中的应用价值。方法 选取超声发现并经染色体检查证实的Klinefelter综合征患者16例同时选取20例健康自愿者作对比，二维观察睾丸内部回声、测量睾丸大小，彩色多普勒观察其血流灌注，频谱多普勒测量其内动脉血流收缩期峰值流速（PSV）、阻力指数（RI）：结果 Klinefelter综合征患者睾丸长径及容积均明显小于对照组，PSV低于对照组而RI高于对照组，两组间差异有统计学意义。结论 Klinefelter综合征患者具有较特异的彩色多普勒超声声像图表现。

Value of color Doppler ultrasonography in the diagnosis of kelinefelter syndrome

Objective To assess the value of color Doppler ulrasonography for Klinefelter syndrome.Methods 16 patients with Klinefelter syndrome examinated by Ultrasound and congfired by chromosome examination were selected,2D observed internal echo,measurelthe testicle size,CDFI observed the blood flow notes,Doppler measured its inside artery blood contracts worth peak systolic velocity(PSV),resistance index(RI).sufferer to select by examinations at the same time 20 healths volunteer sets against the ratio.Results The Klinefelter syndrome patients to advertise for long path in sufferer's testicle and all obvious smaller matched control in capacities,PSV lower than matched control but RI higher than matched control,The differences were obvious.Conclusion The Klinefelter syndrome has special ultrasonography,Color Doppler ultrasound prossesses important role in the diagnosis of Klinefelter syndrome.
