人食管癌中血管内皮生长因子受体3的表达及其临床意义

目的探讨血管内皮生长因子受体3（VEGFR-3）在人食管鳞癌中的表达及其在淋巴管生成和淋巴结转移中的临床意义。方法对59例食管鳞癌手术标本组织采用免疫组化SP法，检测VEGFR-3的表达及定位特征，并应用图像分析方法测定VEGFR-3表达的淋巴管数量，及其与淋巴结转移的关系。结果VEGFR-3表达与肿瘤淋巴结转移密切相关（P〈0．05），癌组织和癌周组织VEGFR-3阳性淋巴管密度和积分光密度也与淋巴结转移密切相关（P〈0．01）。结论VEGFR-3与淋巴结转移、新生淋巴管的形成有相关性，为肿瘤细胞淋巴道转移提供了条件。

Expression and Clinical Significance of Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor Receptor 3 in Human Esophageal Squamous Cell Carcinoma

Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor receptor 3(VEGFR-3) and lymphangiogenesis in human esophageal squamous cell carcinoma(ESCC). Methods VEGFR-3 expression in ESCC tissues from 59 cases was detected by the immunohistochemical SP method and the image analysis system,the relationship between VEGFR-3 and lymphangiogenesis was analyzed by calculating the number of lymphatic vessel density. Results There was a statistically positive correlation between VEGFR-3 expression and lymph node metastasis in primary tumors(P<0.05).The number and integral optical density of VEGFR-3 positive lymphatic vessels in the tumor and peritumoral tissue were also closely related to the lymph node metastasis of ESCC(P<0.01). Conclusion There is a close relationship between VEGFR-3 and lymphangiogenesis in ESCC.VEGFR-3 may play a role in lymphatic metastasis via lymphangiogenesis.
