| 摘 要： | 目的：了解我院门诊抗菌药物使用情况。方法：对我院2004年～2006年门诊抗菌药物的出库使用数据进行回顾性统计分析．结果：我院抗菌药物使用主要以青霉素类、头孢菌素类、大环内酯类、氟喹诺酮类为主。结论：我院抗菌药物使用情况基本合理，但仍需进一步加强我院抗菌药物合理使用的管理，以确保抗菌药物治疗疾病的合理性与科学性． |

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE： To study the use of antibactefials in our hospital clinic. METHODS： The consumption data of antibacterials from 2004 to 2006 in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively. RESULTS： Penicillins, cephalosporins,macrolides and quinolones took the lead in the total antibacterials used in our hospital. CONCLUSION： The use of antibacterials in our hospital is basically rational, but it is still necessary to tighten control on the rational use of antibacterials so as to ensure the use of antibacterials is rational and scientific in the treatment of diseases. |
