| 摘 要： | [目的 ]研究乙型肝炎病毒免疫肽免疫活性的测定方法 .[方法 ]小鼠脾淋巴细胞经乙型肝炎病毒免疫肽在体外致敏后 ,使它与HBsAg接触而产生白细胞黏附抑制反应 .[结果 ]乙型肝炎病毒免疫肽对白细胞的黏附抑制作用与转移因子相比较显著增强 ,非黏附抑制指数达 82 % [结论 ]白细胞黏附抑制试验可作为一种检测乙型肝炎病毒免疫肽的特异性免疫活性的实用方法 . |

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE?To study the method of detectin g the specific immunological activity of anti-HBV immunological peptide.? METHODS?Leucocyte adhesion inhibition test was used. The mouse spleen lymphocyte was sensilized by immunological peptide in vitro, and then HBsAg was added to evoke leucocyte adhesion reaction.?RESULTS?The r atio of non-adhesion leucocyte increased significantly at compared with the normal TF group, and the non-adhesion inhibition index(NAI) achieved 82%.?CON CLUSION?The method can be used as a practical method to determine the s pecific immunological activity in anti-HBV immunological peptide. |
