特尔菲方法在筛选中国农村初级卫生保健指标体系中的应用

本文介绍了用特尔菲方法筛选中国农村初级卫生保健指标体系的研究过程和主要内容。三轮函询的回表率分别为73％、85％、92％。所选专家涉及九个学科、四级卫生管理层次,遍及20个省、市、自治区和21所大学和研究机构。学术领域专家占46.6％,卫生行政管理专家占53.4％。结果表明:特尔菲方法用于该指标体系的筛选是实用、可行的。

The Application of the Delphi Method in Screening Indicator System of Primary Health Care in Rural China

The paper introduce research processe and main contents of Delphi method in screening indicator system of primary health care in rural china. Questionaire response rate of three round Delphi method trial are 73%, 84%, 92% for each round respectively. The experts who had been invited are included in 9 scientific discipline, 4 levels of health administration organization. They are scattered 20 provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions. Among the experts who are scholars account for 46.6% in total and health administration are 53.4% The results show, it is practical to use Delphi method to screen indicator system.
