化疗药物对卵巢恶性肿瘤患者血糖水平的影响

目的探讨化疗药物对卵巢恶性肿瘤患者血糖水平的影响。方法收集2005至2009年收治的卵巢恶性肿瘤患者42例化疗前后的血糖检验报告及相关临床资料,并对其进行回顾性分析。结果 42例患者中,化疗前血糖水平均正常,化疗后空腹血糖升高18例,占42.9%。18例中明确诊断为糖尿病12例,一过性血糖升高6例,分别占同期接受化疗的卵巢恶性肿瘤患者的28.6%和14.3%。且血糖升高患者与其心血管疾病病史、体重指数（BMI）呈正相关（回归系数分别为0.229和0.370,P〈0.05）,化疗诱发的血糖异常多数发生在化疗后1～3个疗程。结论卵巢恶性肿瘤患者接受化疗后可能会出现血糖异常,甚至发生糖尿病,尤其在有心血管疾病病史,且BMI偏高的患者中这种情况更加常见,且多发生于治疗的第1～3个疗程,对此应予以重视。

Effect of chemotherapeutics on blood glucose in patients with malignant ovarian tumor

Objective To observe the effect of chemotherapeutics on blood glucose levels in patients with malignant ovarian tumor.Methods The blood glucose assay results and related clinical data in 42 patients with malignant ovarian tumor who received chemotherapy from January 2005 to December 2009 were retrospectively analyzed.Results The fasting blood glucose levels were enhanced after chemotherapy in 18 patients（42.9%）.Among them,12 patients（28.6%）were diagnosed as diabetes mellitus,6 patients（14.3%）were diagnosed as impaired fasting glycaemia.The hyperglycemia was positively correlated with cardiovascular disease and the body mass index of the patients（P〈0.05）.Conclusion After chemotherapy the patients with malignant ovarian tumor may appear blood glucose disorder,even occur diabetes mellitus,especially for the patients who have cardiovascular disease history,furthermore,whose body mass index is higher,so we should pay much attention to it.
